I have a poem up on Qarrtsiluni – ‘Calculate‘ – and it comes with audio, which is a first for me. I can hear the cold I thought I’d shaken off there, sadly; it’s been a while since I recorded it and I guess this is me hearing the problems I couldn’t then hear, just as you can’t see the problems in poems when you first write them. It’s also one of my favourites of my own, if we’re allowed to have such things, so I’m delighted to have it up there in the Worship issue, and should thank issue eds Fiona Robyn & Kaspalita and general editor Dave Bonta.

Petit caillou, Marc Lagneau
Judging from a couple of sharings of this ahead of publication, it helps to know the root of calculations and calculus and such is the Latin for pebble.
